What's underneath is what makes it last
Freeze-thaw cycles, heavy rain and changing soils are hard on any hard surface. Our courts sit on a clear-stone drainage layer and a compacted base under the asphalt, and the surface is pitched at a 0.8 to 1 percent slope so water moves off instead of sitting on it.

Can you build more than just the court?
Yes, and most clients want that. We design and build patios, retaining and seat walls, planting, lighting, pergolas, fire features and outdoor kitchens alongside the court, through our partnership with Liban Landscape.
Can a court be built on a sloped property?
Yes. Retaining walls and grading create a level pad, and the walls often become terraces or spectator seating. Sloped sites can make the most interesting courts.
Can you include a spectator or heckler area?
Yes. Raised patios, seat walls and shaded lounge areas are among the most requested features. They're where guests spend most of their time.
How is a luxury court different from a basic one?
A basic court is a surface. A luxury court is designed around the property: placed for views from the house, framed with architecture and planting, lit for evening use and built on a base engineered to last.
